Your body needs proper nutrition to ward off illness, help you think clearly, give your energy, and sleep, among other things. Exercise is a close second in importance when it comes to creating a strong, healthy foundation. My programs emphasize the needs for not only cardiovascular exercise, but strength and flexibility. No matter how great your diet is, you’ll still have gaps in your nutrition. So an outstanding vitamin supplement is a must!
